STEM Ready PH is a dynamic, Chamber-led workforce initiative that connects Pleasant Hill's middle and high school students with real-world STEM businesses. The program fosters early exposure to careers in science, technology, engineering, and math while strengthening community ties. Through mentorships, guest lectures, business tours, and project-based learning, students gain real-world insight and practical experience. STEM Ready PH also provides a strong value proposition for Chamber membership among STEM-focused businesses.

This program is geared for students grades 6–12.

We are currently looking for STEM-focused businesses, Educators and school administrators, Parents and community leaders and Chamber members to make this a successful program.
